Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about how stress can negatively affect emotions, ruin days, and increase cortisol levels at the same time, ultimately leading to increased belly fat and decreased metabolism. Stress really can be a legitimate cause of self-imposed diet sabotage and physical pain.
Being stressed often causes breakdown of the immune system, leading to colds, which then lead to even less activity. Really it’s sort of crazy if you think about it…
Anyway, this got me thinking, so I got recording. Here are my thoughts:
