Hey everybody,
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what it must be like to be bombarded with “the next big thing” all the time in fitness. It must be pretty frustrating to see each one fail or promise false results.
That’s why I want to set the record straight. I’m not promising a 400 pound woman that she will have a six pack in 12 days or less by doing 14 seconds of exercise per day. Even if this were possible, I wouldn’t want anyone to exercise intensely enough to accomplish risky goals like this.
Ok, phew – that’s off my chest. So here’s the deal – a smart exercise program takes into account different levels and skill with exercise. That’s why so many people are able to get results with my programs… but “results” are variable, depending on where someone’s fitness level is when they start an exercise program, where they want to go, and the level of effort they put into a program.
The important thing is that the results are there, the info is available, and that progress is being made.
Yes, if you’re 5-15 pounds away from having six pack abs, you’ll probably get one within a month or two using Ab Strength Guide.
Yes, you can do this without any sort of extreme dieting.
Yes, it will still help you tone your body and improve your health even if you are nowhere near a six pack.
Yes, it does come with a free month of Lift Hard Play Hard.
Yes, I am making bold promises, but I’m willing to take all of the risk. You see, I’m challenging you to use Ab Strength Guide for 10 minutes per day for 30 days. If you’re not seeing dramatic results, just let me know and I won’t charge the credit card number you have given me.
You won’t be burnt by me. That’s just not cool.
So… what do you say? Is it worth 10 minutes a day to stop the fitness confusion?
Have a great day,
Kareem
