Lose Fat & Strengthen Joints In The Fastest Way Possible

Thanks for joining me today.

You know, I was speaking to one of my patients the other day about his lifiting habits and how they might be contributing to his recurrent injuries.  Unfortunately for him, he’s been spending a ton of time trying to take care of his body, but he’s only been using the “mirror principles” to judge.

“Mirror Principles,” as I like to call them, are the suggestion that you need to work on areas that seem smaller or less tone when looking into the mirror.  Common culprits of this include:

  • Biceps
  • Delts
  • Pecs
  • Quads
  • Forearms
  • Upper Traps

It may sound a bit complicated, but you have to balance your muscles to avoid injury.  Simply choosing exercises that allow the above muscles to be worked on until they are all strong will not do this for you.

Instead, think about your whole body.

Think about choosing lighter weights all around until muscle strength and length restrictions dissappear.
