Hey everybody,
Having intentions to become fit is one thing, but being able to actually see your intentions through in an organized matter is totally different. It takes a plan, often times trial and error, and sadly, sometimes injury to realize the best method.
(drum roll, please)
…until now – I’ve summarized some of my best suggestions for you right here. Hope you enjoy!
- Set 3 goals with specific deadlines. Goal #1 should be 2 weeks from now. Goal #2 should be 4 weeks from now. Goal #3 should be 12 weeks from now.
- Read these goals to yourself every day at least 8-10x (seriously, do this, and do it out loud)
- Tell everyone you know that you are going to reach your goal of (getting flat abs, getting rid of ugly belly fat, trimming your waistline, you get the point)
- Get to it. (stop making things complicated – follow this simple plan and you will be held accountable for goals that make you happy – fitness was never meant to be hard.)
