Hi everybody,

Today’s exercise is a ‘Dr. K’ exercise.

I’m not always the best about telling you when I’m the one who created the exercise or not…

To give you an idea, I’ve created about 300+ exercises – most of them are a combination of 2 or 3 exercises that I like and have put together… or, maybe I created an exercise b/c it targets multiple actions of a muscle instead of a single action (therefore gets better results).

The possibilities are endless when it comes to exercise.
Hopefully, you’ll start to realize this soon.

Have a great day,

Kareem

It`s amazing. You can actually feel the blood inside your veins (I don`t mean this in a bad way; it`s just that while doin it, and afterwards, as well, you feel very much alive) :) Thanks, Dr. K!!!

Andrew

I put this into my routine today – mid-point – and it was a great way to really work the muscles. I just need to work up the speed – its sort of a coordination thing at the beginning. How long time-wise would you recommend to continue before switching things up with the next exercise?

Thanks again for the great videos!

Hey Gordana and Andrew,

I’m glad to hear you two are taking action!

Keep up the great work…

Andrew, yes, it’s definitely a bit of a coordination task – that’s one of the reasons that I like exercises like this the most. After a slightly larger learning curve takes place, your body becomes more coordinated… sort of a hidden gem, so to speak.

If you are doing time-based training, work up to a 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest interval over time, even if you need to drop to knees and keep going (perfectly normal, at least for awhile).

your coach,

Kareem

Do you have a recommendation on a good sports watch that is easy to use while working out? I don’t even know where to begin on what works best. Once I have that, I’ll definitely put the time aspect into the routine.

Thanks!

Wow! Thank you!
I always wanted to write in my site something like that. Can I take part of your post to my site?
Of course, I will add backlink?

Sincerely, Timur I.

Your site displays incorrectly in Opera, but content excellent! Thank you for your wise words =)

Hi Stroi-t,

Thanks for trying to subscribe to the RSS feed – I saw the glitch you were talking about, but I’ve tried it 3x since and it seems to be working. Could you please do me a favor and let me know if you continue to have the problem?

Thank you everybody for your support – I’m glad to help 😉

Have a great day,

Kareem
