Looks like something I could do… I don’t like vacations but I like going somewhere else to run and sport overthere…. maybe the same thing?

Can you tell me what is happening when my workout takes me to the point of wanting to through up? Is it too much liquid or something in my stomach? I am not eating directly before my workout, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours prior and that was my veggie shake ( 2 oranges and 5 oz of spinach).

It doesn’t happen all the time but it seems to happen when I have pushed really really hard
