WOW!! That is an awesome video! I’m currently doing the basic level movements that come with the Tacfit: Commando program, and it’s hard to imagine that I will eventually be doing the movements shown in this video as a regular part of my workout routine.
The guys at Tacfit have built a program that allows members to increase the difficulty of exercises as they progress through the program and gain better endurance, mobility, and proprioception.
The workouts are extreme! I usually feel like I’m gonna pass out by the 4th exercise and then still have to do 2 more. This is a great program that I can’t recommend highly enough.

That video is unbelievable. I thought there was nothing I couldn’t do if I put my mind to it. In this case, I think it is my body that would crack.

I actually already bought this program, but haven’t started to implement any of the routines yet. I’ve got sooo many things started, I’m trying to figure out how to utilize parts of Tactfit and DEFL, which will corrospond with the 3 hormones working against me. Any suggestions?

they provided a free ebook on there site, but those exercise though they were very challenging (20 minute circuit), looks nothing compared to some of the other stuff he was doing, WOW!!!!!!!!!

yeah, super crazy! …but tons of fun.
I think the coolest part is how well they show you the progressions/regressions to get to that point… makes it feel impressive and doable at the same time.
Wow! He makes these exercises look so easy! I tried them and I don’t look anything like him and I am soo out of breath. I love it!
That video was ridiculous! I’m totally in. Can’t wait to try it. I need this kind of challenge and change! I’ve done some from this video and they are a killer! So creative too. Love the functionality of them.
