Get ready for 4 posts that are going to
absolutely blow you away!
In the video above, I'm going to be talking
about a special form of Bodyweight Training
that will completely change your outlook on
fitness. It's based upon a unique style of
training called TACTFIT COMMANDO, and it's
fat loss training derived from military
style tactical training.
Basically, if it's good enough for the
special ops forces out there to get in
shape, it's good enough to melt fat at
record speed. You're going to love
learning new forms of bodyweight
exercises, reaching a peak level
of fitness, and blow-torching your
fat away with an arsenal of new and fun
exercises.
have a great day,
Kareem
PS - I want your feedback. Please comment
below and let me know about the weirdest
place you've ever exercised and give
us a sample routine so we can all get in
on the action.
I have been using TACFIT for 2 weeks now instead of my warmup.
It is amazing, when you are done the 20 minute training you are drenched, and primed for muscle building. I started out only doing 3 reps per exercise by week 2 I could do 5-6 no problem in 34 seconds per set. It is an awesome workout. I personally wouldn’t recommend doing it for more then 2 weeks at a time (3-4 times a week), as my hips and knees started to really ache from all the different movements being done. I am going to continue doing it ONCE a week in between my Double Edge Fat Loss Workouts on (Mon, Fri).

Sounds intriguing…looking forward to seeing/hearing more.

Not the weirdest of all, but dropping down to do push-ups in the middle of a beach has got to be – at least- awkward.
Paul Steinway
look forward to seeing some of your outdoor workouts. Love the new stuff.

I guess the weirdest place I ever did a workout was at work. I used to work 3rd shift for an answering service. It was kinda cool being the only one in the building all night and let’s face it, the phone generally doesn’t ring off the hook at 2am. So I would get on my little mini-stair stepper & get stepping. Every station in the office had at least one really thick phone book, so i would grab 6 or 7 under my keyboard so that I wouldn’t have to stop every time the phone rang.

Dr. K,
I recently purchased Tacfit: Commando and am combining their lower intensity days with DEFL, and their higher intensity days as a workout in itself. I modify the regimen a little by taking a day off after each 4 day cycle to let my body recuperate. The Tacfit workouts are extremely intense and push my heartrate higher than even HIIT style training. I can’t recommend this product enough!!

Probably not what you were looking for, but I think your clips or movies are getting better everytime… in the beginning the (to me) looked a bit fake… but it could be, you were just not at ease in front of the camera. But, I think you’ve got it now… I know it is not important, but if I see someone in front of the camera, feeling confident, I am more willing to believe and try what he is saying. Also am looking forward for your magyver-workout….. hope you don’t have to use a swiss-army knife…
This is an awesome program for functional training with body weight only.
The weirdest place I have train is a metro station. Lots of places for plyometric training with box jumps onto benches and bars. Plenty of bars for inverted rows. Tons of stairs for running, jump squats, crawling (head first going down is scary, but going up feet first is way harder), and lunges.
6-8 box jumps onto a bench (land on the back of the bench for precision landing)
10 push-ups with feet on the bench
Jump squats to the top of the stairs (2-3 at a time if you are bold)
10 Inverted rows on a bar
10 Walking spider lunges on each side
Awesome video. The weirdest place I’ve ever worked out was probably the “lounge” at the back of a Singapore Airlines flight. It was a 23 hour haul from New York to Singapore — I was on my way to give a workshop over there.
The “lounge” was about the size of a large dining room table and I did a workout almost exactly like the one’s your talking about from TACFIT Commando. Everyone else was asleep, but I did get some pretty strange looks from the flight attendants…

When I teach my college classes, I have my students do a warm up in the beginning of class and in the middle. I have seen that my overall class grades go up by doing that.

I guess the weirdest place I’ve had a workout was my bedroom where I did some dips with 2 chairs.

I’m really looking forward to seeing more about this. It looks really cool, and it seems like a bunch of cool new bodyweight exercises.
