		<description>The ultimate method to get motivated to use the treadmill is to do something else while you do it.  I have attached my laptop to my treadmill and the time definitly flies by.  I read blogs and surf the internet all while I exercise.  Crazy right?  No more putting off working out.</description>

		<description>Right now my goal is to post my goal.  Tried 3 times and each time it came back that I had already said that...this is the first I&#039;ve responded to this blog post.  Then the last time I was typing away and looked up ( yes, I&#039;m a &#039;watch the keyboard typist), and saw I was typing something on just ask.  Laughing almost too much to continue right now but maybe with having written all this and then posting my goal it will take.
I’m 56 years old 5′11, 190 lbs, 27% BF, 48″ chest, 38″ waist, 13″ Arms, 21″ Thighs.
My goal is by Labor Day I will be: 
18% BF. 
Firmer more defined chest, 
34″ waist, 
16″ arms, 
24″ thighs, 
weight whatever it is when everything else is there. (175lbs)</description>
