Hey Karen,
Don’t be disappointed – I’ll try to get to everyone’s comments every time, but I can’t promise to… despite how much I love your enthusiasm, I also love to get outside and walk my dog, visit my parents and cook them dinner, create bonuses for you guys that totally rock, add ridiculously awesome content to the Inner Circle, and treat patients and clients…. on the other hand, for those requiring increased personal assistance, I am getting ready to launch an invite-only high end coaching program ($297/month with 4 month minimum – application and invitation required)… that said, attitude is #1 for me to consider. (meant with complete respect, but I only want to work that closely with super positive people – same thing in person!)
Ok, so onto your thoughts…
1) There are beginner circuits up there – just login and check the first page.
2) Pace yourself. Even if you buy everything, you don’t have to do it all at once. Do what feels right for you. If you already believe you’re on the right track, it’s distinctly possible you don’t need anything else, or that you could save it for another day.
3) Sorry to hear about the virus – sounds brutal! (sounds like it’s good that you didn’t start the beginner circuits sooner, despite your enthusiasm, as this could have led to further illness)
4) I appreciate your compliment of the way I look
…I do my best
5) Take a deep breath. Don’t feel overwhelmed. Instead, feel empowered.
6) The PDF’s all have pictures on them with all the workout moves, along with instructions for the exercise taken directly from what I said. I had this done intentionally for someone in your position. These can be printed out and go anywhere with you. I’ve made this as easy as humanly possible, to the best of my knowledge.
7) Never forget – take action first, educate second. It’s fine to spend a couple days familiarizing yourself with everything, but after that, there’s no excuse. Move forward and be positive about your exercise program. Don’t try to perfect it before you even get started, or you’re likely to feel overwhelmed and confused.
I really hope this helps you, Karen (and Natalie) – I’m here to be your support system, but make sure to stay positive and take action. These are the two most important points.
have a great day,
Kareem
