i am very interested in the metabolic training for joint health…I have been dealing with an old knee injury for years…while I am able to function, most times the bending of my right knee results in pain so needless to say squats and lunges can prove interesting…are there any exercise that might be able to help

sure Rae – it’s just a matter of finding what works for you. How are bridges?

strengthen what’s pain free first and then work into the (previously) painful second.

Thanks Kareem…I can do bridges without pain..I will start working on them…I will keep you up to date on the progress….also would like to add that I feel sure that your program is the best I could have ever invested in for my health and goals……you are not aware of this fact but your name is special to me …it is also my First Grandsons Name…….:~)
